Relocation to Brisbane

Looking for family friendly suburbs south of Brisbane CBD. Has to be close to public transport, with maximum 30min trip to city.
Parks/playgrounds with great childcare options a must. We currently live in the Miranda in Sydney, and will relocate in December.
