Stagnant rental - what do I do?
Brisbane Region is located in the state of Queensland.
I have property with an agent that hasn't been rented for 6 months now, can I take my property off them or do I need to give notice? I heard that because it has been six months the revoke clause in the Form 20A is nul and void is this so?

Six months is a very long time to be vacant. Is this a commercial property? I would definitely be looking into new management options and working out exactly what it would take to get my property tenanted. Can't comment specifically on your agreement but it would pay to have a close read of the wording yourself.
