Suburb with large land, good internet, and not flood prone?
Brisbane Region is located in the state of Queensland.
I'm looking for suburbs in Brisbane that have large useable (flat) land (> 5000 m2) but still has good internet (preferably cable), and is not flood-prone. So far I have considered the following suburbs with good-sized blocks, but they all seem to fail on internet, flooding, or both. Are there any other suburbs I could consider? Price is < 1.5M.

Sheldon - we have flat useable land, not flood prone and mobile towers for internet in the local baseball fields.
