Hi, i was wondering i would be violating my contract agreement any laws in qld.
Im currently renting an apartment with my friend and we're plannned to.stay for another year. We havent submitted the contract yet and we've stayed for a couple.of months already. I was thinking of.moving out before giving the conttact with my friends signature but without mine so i can move to another place when I need to. Is this alright? If not I could just find another person to continue my lease.
