What are my best options for renting if i'm working in Caboolture and my wife works in Herston?

I live in Caboolture and work in Herston. I take the train to work from Caboolture or Morayfield and get off at Fortitude Valley.
The decent shopping centre is North Lakes, so the closer you are to North Lakes the longer it will take to get to Caboolture for work. Outside of peak hours, Caboolture is 20 mins from North Lakes.
The closer you are to North Lakes or Brisbane, the more rent will be. In terms of getting to Herston, there's not much difference between Morayfield, Burpengary, and Narangba... it's around a 40 min train ride to Fortitude Valley.
Somewhere near Morayfield station would be your best bet. It would be the shortest travel to Caboolture, and the train commute is pretty much the same as Narangba. Narangba station and stations further south is busier and harder to park at. Driving to Herston can be hit and miss with the traffic.
