Hi ZionP

If you are open to suggestions, the best south side family orientated suburb I have found is Tarragindi. This suburb has many positive aspects which are perfect for families. The suburb is known as the "leafy" suburb for being close to Toohey Forest. It has several parks and well renowned schools such as Wellers Hill State School and St Elizabeth's. The average land size for properties is above 600m2, and their are very limited number of units/townhouses in the area. 79% of properties are owner occupied, and the suburb is becoming increasingly popular for those families looking upgrade to the larger homes. You will be close to the M3 motorway for easy access to both the city and the Coasts, and public transport is never far away.

If you want any further information feel free to contact me. I hope this helps
