Whats happening this Christmas in Brisbane.

Brisbane Region is located in the state of Queensland.

If you are looking for some festive fun around Brisbane this year, I have noted down some up coming events. Lots to do this Christmas and if anyone knows of anywhere else, leave it in the comments.

4th of December
Thank Albert It’s (Almost) Christmas
Get your pre-festive party hat on with this celebration of the fact that it is indeed nearly Christmas. Great place to have lunch and create your own unique Christmas card. Astro turf and deck chairs are everywhere to make your day as comfortable as possible.

From the 11th of December.
Myer Christmas Parade
The Parade begins at the end of the mall and finishes in King George Square, with a big pantomime as well with all your Christmas favorites. Hundreds of colorful and talent performers along with giant inflatable decorations that shall entertain you this year!

Gold Lotto City Hall Light Spectacular
This year, projections of the final act of the Nutcracker shall be emblazoned on city hall. This glitzy colorful performance shall take place every 15 minutes at the sound of the clock tower from 7:30 till 12 midnight from the 11th of December.

On The 17th of December
Christmas Cinema Series - The Muppet Christmas Carol
Spend a balmy evening relaxing on a beach towel and watching one of best Christmas films. Great way to spend the evening with the family on the lead up to Christmas.The cinema has multiple screenings over the festive period, showcasing all the family favorites all the way up to Christmas Eve.

Christmas Fireworks Spectacular
The skies of Brisbane shall be lit up by fireworks (be it for only 10 minutes). and if you double that up with a ride on ‘The Wheel of Brisbane’, you have got yourself a lovely festive combo.
