"Split Decision"
Brooke Avenue is an interesting one, on one end of it you have a number of unit blocks which can make a good little investment due to location and a school just across the road, but for those wanting a larger less populated space to live and a notch up on the luxury end then head to the other side of the street (which is split by nineteenth avenue). On the southern side of Brooke avenue you will newer build town homes with Magnoli and also some independent built duplexes (my preference) which are decked out with pools and the latest luxury items.
