As the property sales professional, I would like to answer it.
It was used to be a lot of listings coming out from 14 Fleet St just before the Covid 19 out break but it was just a timing and each owners had their own reasons. So it was not because of the building quality or location related. However many of them were already sold in this high season of the property market .
