"Perfect for anybody wanting some land and who loves rural living close to the sea"
Browns Rd is about enjoying a rural setting and is a six minute drive to the beach, to shopping, to gorgeous golf courses and to the Peninsula wine region. It is a wonderful place to enjoy pets. On the land people here raise sheep,goats,cattle and others take joy in alpacas. It's a lovely place to just be.
