Lots of people move to BRUCE because of UCAN and the AIS, but Radford College and Calvary Hospital are probably two other big attractions. There are also some very nice houses on the slopes of Gossan Hill, which are highly sought after by people who probably have no association with AIS or UCAN, but who like the short commute to Civic.
