Bruce Road is in a very quiet location bordering on Trindler Park with convenient access to public transport and bus transport.
The train station at Trindler Park Station is only a short distance for walking (about 10-15 minutes walk)
It is also very close to Karawatha State Forest which is a beautiful place to have a picnic or a bush walk set on over 900 hectares and encompasses dry eucalypt forest,lagoon and wetlands,natural playgrounds and an active discovery centre.
With over 20km of tracks there is something to suit everyone.
Logan Plaza is a short 5-7 minute drive and doctors and shops are conveniently located nearby.
There is also a small group of shops in Smith Road with Takeaway,General Store and Bakery only a 5 minute walkaway.
City is only 25km away and access to M1 close by and takes around 34 minutes to drive to the city by car.
