For a truly authentic Italian experience, you must try...I Carusi Pizza on 46A Holmes St-don't judge it by the shop front -people travel from all over Melbourne to eat their pizza.
Old favourites of course include:
400 Gradi
Woodstock
And one of my new favourites:
Old School Pizza on 436 - 438 Moreland Rd. Brunswick - they do giant pizza slices - quality is amazing.
