Will housing commission properties in Brunswick effect the price of other properties in the area?

Historically I would have said yes. Public housing is dotted all over very highly sought after inner city suburbs. I would say that because they can't make any more land in the inner suburbs that property will remain very valuable. Brunswick has good infrastructure and is so close to town......
