Reviews of Brushwood Drive, Alfords Point
"I moved here in 1998 and plan to stay alot longer"
Brushwood Drive is the main road into Alfords Point and loops around at the end. Yes, you do get traffic but it is mainly busy during morning when people leave for work and in the evening when people come home from work, during the day its quiet peaceful just the occasional car and the public bus. There is also 3 roundabouts along Brushwood Drive which has reduced cars from speeding in the area. I have lived in Alfords Point for 11 years and plan to stay for at least the next 10 years or so. Property seems to be a good investment in this area and safe for children as there are only a small amount of shop at the entrance into Alfords Point and the rest are dwellings. I tell my children who are 10 & 13 that they can visit their friends in Alfords Point but they are not to leave the suburb. What can I say, but a great place to live....
