Buff Point, NSW 2262

Buff Point is a sleepy suburb on the northern end of the Central Coast. Popular for families and retirees, Buff Point wraps around the edge of Lake Budgewoi. Edgewater Park is very popular for families, as is the waterside foot path that makes it's way to The Entrance. Local convenience store makes a handy stop for bread and milk, while Budgewoi Soccer Club is a popular dining spot for locals.

There is a Coles and further specialty shops in neighboring suburb Budgewoi. Local primary school is Budgewoi Public School and the highschool Northlakes High.

Potentially on of it's biggest draw cards is the block size of many of the properties.

We have lived in Buff point for 12 years now and would not move for all the tea in China. Buff point is a small friendly, safe community with little traffic but with plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. There are many top class parks with amenities, a small community shopping centre, a topnotch preschool, and a friendly club that offers 1st class meals, all within the tiny confines of Buff point. It is only minutes away from a large shopping centre, the beach, and for those that commute, the freeway and a train station. Top fishing and prawning is only a few steps away and sporting facilities abound here. Paradise!!

After living here for the past 5 yrs with my young family we have gotten to know the area well. There are plenty of oppurtunities for the kids to have safe,clean fun. There are parks, fishing spots and of course all the different kinds of junior sports you can think of.
The schools and preschools are exceptional.
The area has a friendly, safe feel about it.
The only concerns about the area we have is the lack of basic infrastructure that needs upgrading like the electricity and the phone lines. We have many unexplained blackouts every year.
