Reviews of Bullsbrook, WA

"Aah the Serenity"

In the ten years we’ve lived here we’ve seen new public school, new community centre, new library, second doctors’ surgery and now new housing development. The shopping centre has all you need but the new shopping centre and food outlets in the development will be great. Kids can bus to the private schools in the Swan Valley and Ellenbrook. The Tonkin Highway link will improve access and take a lot of the heavy traffic from the roads. People are friendly, neighbourly - it’s a safe community. Everywhere is 40 minutes away - just far enough. Public transport is very limited but aside from that it’s pretty much perfect. The town needs prettying up - but that will come with the new development. Great food at the pub! It will never be like Ellenbrook but will develop, which is fine by us but has upset some long standing residents.

Looking for a home in Bullsbrook?

"Wouldnt bother"

There are 2500 new homes being built in Bullsbrook along with shopping centres and new school bringing 23000 people to the area.
The roads in and out of Bullsbrook is limited and will traffic jams everywhere. A new tip and recycling centre is being built close to homes in the hills of Bullsbrook and there is only 2 bus service to Bullsbrook. Road trains three trailers long and 23000 people in and out of Bullsbrook is a key to destruction. Starting to be like Ellenbrook but a lot busy.
And there isn't a police station nearest one is 30 min away. Fire Service is a volunteer and the time they get out to the station and to you it will be too late. And if war breaks out, Pearce Airbase is in the heart of Bullsbrook and they will bomb that place first.

"Gods Country"

Great place to live, close to the hustle & bustle of the city life and yet you have the serenity of the country life without being too remote.
We love it.
