What is the price of housing in Bundeena?

I've lived in Bundeena for 7 years and prices haven't changed much - especially compared to the rest of Sydney. Still undiscovered! 5 beaches to choose from, parks and quiet streets - I've never regretted the move for a minute.

There are two levels of house prices in Bundeena. Those without water views are all around the $600-650K mark, and those with water views start at the high $700K's and go up from there depending on how close to the water you are. We have lots of young families buying in the lower ranges.
