"A real lifestyle area"
Burnbank Way is an established residential area with beautiful homes on extra large allotments of land, the area is know to the locals as "Martindale Estate" and runs all the way from the main entry of Springs Road right through to Bald Hills Road. Some of the most beautiful homes in Mt Barker are located here prominently on half acre plus allotments - great for families
