Selling my home privately via a no agent commission. Can a commissioned agent work in conjunction.

My home is advertised for sale via a no commission no agent web site.
A person is interested and was shown through the home by us privately.
However the person went to a registered commission based real estate agent expressing her interest and would rather buy through a commissioned based real estate agent.
The commissioned agent called me asking to work in conjunction with them, explaining normal commission is 3% but in conjunction with a no commission agent entity and our selves it would only be 1% of house price.
Can this be done in a legal manner.
