Safety
My partner and I are seriously considering building our first in Butler.. We love the beach lifestyle, and even tho it is far from the city, it is one of the few places still left where we can afford to build, and still live near the beach..
He works away, so safety is one of my main concerns with regards to the area we choose to settle in.. Would you consider a female on her own to be "in a safe" environment there? Thanks for your comments :):)
