Caboolture is growing and eventually will be the link between Caloundra from the Sunshine Coast and North Lakes from Brisbane but unfortunately you are right it doesnt have the best reputation. For a very similar buy in price may I suggest you also look at Bahrs Scrub and Flagstone? I hope this helps? For all your Real Estate needs please use my below contact details.

Yes,
Cabooltue is a low income area. If houses seem cheap, there's a reason, but this also means finding a tenant would be easy
