Beau Fillmore from Century21 Gold Class sold my block of land for more than other agents said was possible. He kept his word from start to finish and I really liked being kept informed from start to finish.
Before you see anyone, call Beau Fillmore. He is the only agent I will trust in Brisbane to sell my properties. He is honest and hard working. He knows the market and will always go above and beyond. He listened to us and was able to negotiate a tenant in place, so on settlement day we were already to go. Not many agents out there will do this for their buyer
Thank you Beau Fillmore for you be very patient with me and help me a lots.
Beau was very confident and made me feel like I could trust him. He sold my townhouse in one week after my home had been on the market for 6 months, with another agent. I was very impressed how much he cared about all the small details.
Beau is the Best Real Estate Agent in Brisbane. He was able to sell my home after Three other agents gave up. He then took it on and sold it for more than others were selling it for and within 30 days. We are very happy with Beau and hi team. Thank you.
Beau is a very considerate, organised and motivated agent who went out of his way to enable my family to secure our new home. Both Gabrielle and Beau were swift to respond to emails, messages and calls which ensured that all parties were on track during every step. As this was our first home purchase, Beau took the time to help us navigate the process and check in on us personally to see if we needed help with anything. When all was settled, Beau and Gabrielle came out to the new house at 7pm to help us try to make the code on the new house work! This level of dedication moves his professional practice to one that is personal. We will definitely be using Beau again for our next purchase. P.S. Thanks so much for the lovely house warming gift - we love it!
Good agent who Is willing to go above and beyond for his client. This was a hard property to sell but Beau got it done.
I have had some bad experience with buying and selling homes. Beau changed my mind about how helpful people can be he went above and beyond in helping my mother sell and buy her new home. Thank you Beau for all what you did for us.
Beau did an amazing job selling my home. He helped me through the whole process, answered my calls at all hours and went above and beyond in general. Highly recommended him to anyone thinking of selling. Most trusted opinion in Brisbane
Beau was very pleasant to deal with during the process of buying my first property. He kept me up to date with everything and responded quickly to any queries.
