Planning a move
Redbank Plains, QLD 4301 is located within the Ipswich local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
We currently live in western sydney(jordan springs)but looking for a move to brisbane in about 5 years or so. So wAs thinking of buying a property now as an investment before the olympics boom and then eventually move in. Just need an honest advice from
Someone living in the area about good and bad things.. we are family of 3 with a young child. Other areas i am considering are yarrabilba, ripley and spring mountain.

Hi, Yarrabilba would have to be the worst on your list for crime. Then Redbank Plains though it is improving so much lately and there are some really nice areas there. Spring Mountain is actually really nice and most home there have only just been build within the last few years. Its also very close to a lot brand new infrastructure so they must be preparing for massive growth around that area. The price point though between your suburbs is also slightly different as well!
