We are moving to marsden, I am listening so bad reviews.. does it is not safe.. we have 2 young kids.. what are things to remember ?

Marsden is improving so rapidly right now. The school is accomplishing some great results and more people are starting to come to the area just because of the School. It takes a while to get rid of a bad stigma. None of our rental properties have ever had an issue in Marsden at all. I hope this helps?
