A popular dining place is Bushfire Flame Grill Restaurant http://www.bushfirecairns.com/ delicious Brazilian food with delicious fresh cuts of different meat brought to your table, its quite the experience also. Donnini's Ciao Italia Cairns is also a locals favourite, they've been around since most people can remember and are currently located along the pier so you get wonderful views, but I've recently heard that they are relocating to inside the Hilton, which still has lovely glass window views http://www.donniniscairns.com.au/
