What are the best and safest suburbs to live in and what are the best Primary schools?

There used to be a time with suburbs starting with M used to be the ones to stay away from, however, crime is now all over Cairns, and no suburbs are crime free. The beaches are more pricey than those to the south. My kids, and grandchild go to Redlynch State College.
