Seeking interested party

I am looking to buy or long term lease a small piece of property up to 2-3 hour drive outside the cairns area to be close to my child and grandchildren. I thought there may be someone with a large lot that has space that wouldn't impact them to have an off grid tiny home or caravan permanently there and could use a cash injection of 20-30k, open to sub division or 50 year lease and although not a requirement, perhaps alongside a creek where the family could come to camp on some weekends. Open to working or helping out if that's favourable.
