"Great location, perfect for a family looking for outter suberb living"
The area itself is typical Eltham/Research style living with rolling hills, covered in green trees. There are many schools in the area including a private school, and a kindergarten and crèche just around the corner. The local shops include an IGA, post office, gourmet butcher, pharmacy, doctor’s surgery, fish & shop, chicken shop, café and more! Just 5 minutes from a train station, with a bus a stroll down the hill transport is not an issue to shops, schools, Eltham or the city. With an Eltham-esque atmosphere, great location and all the conveniences close by you’ll surely fall in love with this area.
