Can anyone tell me what the average price of land per sqm is in Camberwell?

Hi Naomi, based on recent sales as far back as August 2018 to Nov 2018 the average sales price was $4154 per square meter. This however includes improvements (house etc), that would need to be taken into account when looking at land value only. A home sale is considered as land value for tear down and rebuild - regardless of the condition, age and character of the property - this can alter the landscape of Camberwell and its tree canopy. There is a recent reduction in pricing also to be considered, some of the earlier sales in this calculation may not reflect this. :)
