Is Cambridge Gardens a safe and suitable place to raise a family?

Hi Woodgate,
I am a Real Estate Agent from Penrith (Raywhite). I have lived in Penrith my whole life and believe Cambridge Gardens is a great place to live. Close to local shops and CBD Penrith. Family of mine have lived in Cambridge Gardens for many years 30+ and have never had an issue. I think its safe and suitable for families, as most of the population in this area are. In regards to raising a family I would recommend just selecting and doing research on schools and what offers the best program, teaching etc. Some children can be 'wild' for lack of a better word, but that is due to the parents, and nothing to do with the area itself.
