Springfield Lakes. Cannot understand the appeal when the block and houses are tiny? Feedback anyone?

Springfield, is just Upper Goodna. Ipswich by any other name is still Ipswich. I wouldnt live there again if you paid me. Worst people I have ever come across and Ipswich looks like it was hit by a nuclear bomb and nobody could be bothered cleaning it up. Stay away.

It is an upcoming satellite city. land size there is small, but that is what recent communities are just like (north lakes, forest lake to name a few)
despite what the person above has said, ipswich is ipswich, same as logan is logan, brisbane is brisbane etc etc.
there are bad parts of all cities. I lived there for 8 years and never had a problem, i also lived in kingston and never had a problem.
people who rubbish suburbs/cities have never lived there and normally have no idea what the area is like
