There is a broad range of accommodation in Capalaba, those with good history find renting hassle free.
Spoilt for choice for schooling in the Redlands but Private schools such as St Luke's and St Anthony's are good and Coolnwynpin and Capalaba State have good public facilities.
Its a welcoming community, loads of shopping facilities including the industrial precinct, great walking tracks and parks, loads of groups for fitness and well being .
