Please do share these reasons. If I actually live here and don't know why it isn't safe, that would be a good reason. As a woman I would never put ideas into a woman's head that something isn't safe if I didn't believe it was. I use sensible precautions, but I honestly feel safe and I don't believe in scare tactics. It appears you have some type of agenda for putting this suburb down.

I live near this area and definitely feel safe. I have never seen a gang and have not read of any. It is a great suburb.

Is this talking about that area by the library? I heard there was some unpleasanties going on there, I used to have to pass that place from the bus stop due to having to work at the Maccas further up, wasn't that great of a place to walk by in the afternoon but that was 2016, heard it got worse, glad I left when I did.

I live in Capalaba and the area around Mt Cotton Rd near the shopping centre is safe. The area around the library and interchange is also safe. I don't know what these people are talking about. The Library and interchange are not awful.
