"Quiet, neighbourly, 100metres walk to off-lead park and beach"
Capistrano Court is a smaller cul-de-sac at the southern end of Regatta Parade. This residential precinct of Southport is quite sort after because of its ideal location, close to Chevron Island, Main River, The Spit, Southport CBD, the exclusive boys college,TSS and an easy drive to all the many attractions in a Gold Coast lifestyle. In Capistrano Court, children still play together in the street, and with regard to real estate value, the properties offer a perfect entry level into this wonderful neighbourhood.
