"Chirn Park charmer"
Judith avenue Southport is located in a sort after area of Southport named 'Chirn Park'. Chirn Park is only a short 5 minute walk away and has everything from restaurants to shopping. It is a trendy part of town that is very family orientated.

"Great leafy suburb with boutique name 'Chirn Park'"
Locals know of this particular area of Southport as Chirn Park. A friend of mine use to live here and the house was a picturesque raised cottage. Big Block over 660 sqm with private garden and several outdoor entertainment areas.
Only 2 minutes walk down the road is a strip of cafes, bars, restaurants etc etc
Great area with cheap affordable housing for families and still close to nightlife for young single and couples. Also smith st Highway access is only seconds away so easy access if you need to work in Brisbane and avoid Gold Coast traffic.
