"Fantastic place for active people, large park 200mtrs away."
Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Great place for young children in Kensington East Estate and a number of parks near by. Within walking distance to 3 schools, local shops and child care it is a fantastic area to live. Crestmead has easy access to the Logan and Gateway Motorways, aprox 30 mins to Brisbane CBD.
