"On the highly desired flat of central Victor Harbor"
This is a reasonably busy side street that gets used by locals as a thoroughfare to escape the busy Hindmarsh Rd. The street is quite nice - wide road with parking on each side, lovely well-kept homes, good footpaths, flat. You can walk everywhere from here - doctors, shops, foreshore etc. A really nice area that is highly desired by buyers (the only downfall is that schools are not within easy walking distance).
