If you're in the northeast corner of Carnegie, (around 3rd and 96th) you can find a two bedroom for around $2500 / month. But, be warned that the neighborhood changes quite drastically right around those streets so it's not going to be as pretty or safe in that buffer zone. In Carnegie Proper (West of Lex, south of 92nd) a two bedroom runs around $4000 / month.
