Is Carrum Downs a safe place to live?

I've lived here 14 years. Never felt unsafe. The house has never been broken in to. I grew up in a very expensive area where break ins happen non stop.

Frankston City Council Area is on top of the list for crimes of all types, an increase in Department of Human Services houses is causing great harm to this area. Yet The FCC tell us the opposite??
