Looking at the new Sandford Estate...
Carrum Downs, VIC 3201 is located within the Frankston local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
The estate is off McCormick's and Brunnings road ( In the old Otten Reserve).
I'm not from the area more towards the beach and just wondering if this is a good part of Carrum Downs as I've heard there is a good and not great side. Thanks !
