Chipita Park looks like from the map it has amazing views of Pikes Peak?

Actually, no. Chipita Park is in such a mountainous range itself that you really can't see over the mountains, at least not in the main part of Chipita Park where there are most of the houses. There may be a spot as you're traveling south on 24 where it gets high enough or even some of the southern facing houses that are high on a hill or mountain, but overall the answer is no, although the views in Chipita Park are pretty nice themselves.
