"Great seaside village"

Fantastic “village” like seaside suburb. Beautiful beaches and world’s famous caves and only an hour north of Sydney. Great for families and couples and prices still reasonable cheap vs other Sydney suburbs.
Highly recommended!

"Why pay the same price for similiar houses in areas west of here when you can live by the ocean and lake!"

Lovely quiet and private area that is close to amenities. House prices are affordable for its location by the sea and lake and you pay the same price for similiar homes in areas further west. The area has a friendly laid back feeling and is located on Lake Macquarie halfway between the Central Coast with its lovely casual friendly lifestyle and about 40 mins south of Newcastle where if you need to go you can easily get in and back out again.
