"A safe, well-established neighbourhood"
This leafy tree-lined street is a lovely residential area in the suburb of Glenunga. The homes along Cedar Avenue are large and spacious, with big gardens and many with a pool. It is a home to a number of families.
The street is in a great location, just a 15 minute drive from the CBD. Burnside Village is just a few streets away, and has all you need in terms of supermarkets, fresh foods, gourmet shops and clothing boutiques.
The area also has a number of recreational options, including the large oval and tennis courts at Glenunga High School which are popular with the local residents seeking to burn off some energy.
The nightlife in the area is somewhat lacking. There are a couple of restaurants at the western end of Bevington Road, but there are no good pubs nearby.
