"Great for Families"
Chapman is a wonderful suburb in the south of Weston Creek, its got an absolutely stand out local shops and a local primary school thats got such a wonderful reputation family buy in the suburb just to secure an enrolment for their child. Lovely green spaces, quick connection to the CBD.

"Great Place to Raise a Family"
Chapman is located 11 kms south west of the city. It is a very family friendly area with good schools and great parks. It has beautiful, quiet tree lined streets with a lovely primary school and a local shopping centre, which has a supermarket and a small group of shops able to meet the daily needs of the community. It is the perfect place to raise a family.
