Although this Avenue is located between two busy roads (Point Nepean & Eastbourne) it is fairly quiet with traffic generally not using it as a cut through. There are a group of shops at the end which provide you with several Dine in & Take away stores, fashion, newsagents, dry cleaners etc. Also the street is in walking distance to the local High School, Rosebud Hospital & Rosebud Plaza, so can suit those who chose not use the car on a daily basis. A great spot for Retirees, Young Families and Investors. Also with half of the Avenue backing onto the Chinamans Creek Reserve you have less bordering neighbours which means less noise. And of course a straight walk over to the Bay Beach, so you will get to know the neighbours while out walking the dog or stopping for a coffee at the corner cafe.
