Train noise in Anderson Street, chatswood ?

Hi, we are looking for a rental property in 54 Anderson Street, chatswood. House is beautiful, but the only disturbing factor is the train noise, as this street is very close to the railway lines in north shore. Although it's quite far from the station, on the streets we are able to hear the train noise. Will this be a problem inside the house also or is it just on the streets? Request some local experts opinion.
