Chelsea, VIC 3196 is located within the Kingston local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Hi, my fiancee and I are looking at buying in the area, possibly within 5 mins walk to the station, on the non-beach side of the tracks. Are there any streets worth avoiding?
