Hey I'm moving to Hobart and looking for a good place to live?

Hi I'm moving to Hobart and I'm a solid plasterer. I was looking around the Claremont area or is there any other suggestions for work as a solid plaster/renderer? Also looking for some shared accomodation for when I first arrive?
