What is the 3G and 4G coverage like in the Claremont area?

The 3G coverage in the Claremont area is an excellent high speed connection except for one small pocket where only slower speeds are available. The 4G coverage is a lot more sporadic with only a third having access to a high speed connection. Another third only has access to a slower speed connection, while the final third has no access at all.
